Broker and owner of Next Level Properties, Kim Babcock, has sold residential real estate in the Southern California market since 2004 and saw the need for additional services for her clients in the area of property management. Housing remains a huge challenge for us in Southern California, and Kim wanted to be able to make a difference by assisting people with all housing needs including rentals.
